With Ninja Media Designs your site will have a uniquely designed theme throughout that doesn’t reek of template driven sites that will also behave in a way that gives your consumers the functionality you are looking for in a site.  Whats more, if you want to add more functionality in the future, Ninja Media Designs will help you upgrade your site when the time is right for you and your business~while maintaining your site’s great look and feel.

The process will start with a design quote and a meeting.  The quote will be in pdf format for you to look over and decide if you would wish to add or adjust any part of the feel and functionality.   Next a follow up meeting via phone or in person if you are local will solidify the direction that you want your site to go in.  I will provide feedback as to the feasibility of the design, and the practicality of such a design on the internet.  I will then begin working on the site on a private secured test site hosted on my site where you can view my progress and request changes and modifications.  Once all the modifications have been made that I can make from my test site, we will prep the site to be transferred to your host.  Any further modifications to the site will be done after it has been moved to your hosting provider.

Payment for services is usually done in parts, if your site requires further modification once its on your hosting provider the payment schedule is broken down in thirds, otherwise the payment schedule is in halves.  The first payment is due when we agree to work together.  The next payment is due before I transfer the site to your hosting provider, and the last (in the three part payment agreement) is due when I have finished the last of the modifications.  Along with my services I offer the first 30 days of your site being up for free minor changes and adjustments, in case something on your site isn’t exactly perfect but almost there.

Additionally, if you require me to upgrade your site or change an existing site by adding functionality, but not do a complete site redesign, the charge is a straight 20/hour with a minimum one hour charge/week.

Finally, instate/ local customers can pay via check, all others through pay pal.
